• Oracle Program Manager
• Focus: Executive governance, multi-country delivery, cross-functional leadership, and end-to-end scope, budget, and risk management.
•
Experience:
15+ years in ERP implementations; 8+ years leading Oracle programs (R12 / EBS upgrades).
• Oracle Solution Architect
• Focus: Designing end-to-end, scalable solution architecture, leading fit-gap assessments, and driving cross-functional alignment.
•
Experience:
15+ years in Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud preferred) across Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing.
• Oracle Technical Architect
• Focus: Technical governance, integration strategies, extensions, data migrations, security, and performance optimization.
•
Experience:
12+ years in Oracle technical architecture (Forms/Reports, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher).
• Oracle Finance Functional Lead
• Focus: Solution design, process transformation, workshop facilitation, and module configuration (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, SLA, COA).
•
Experience:
10+ years in Oracle Finance (R12) across multi-country implementations.
• Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Lead
• Focus: Procurement, inventory, logistics, planning, order management, and end-to-end supply chain design.
•
Experience:
10+ years in Oracle SCM with deep expertise in global deployments.
• Oracle Manufacturing / OPM Functional Lead
• Focus: Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), recipes, formulas, routings, MES integration, and shop floor alignment.
•
Experience:
10+ years in Oracle Manufacturing/OPM implementations and upgrades (regulated industry experience is a plus).
• Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training Lead
• Focus: Stakeholder engagement, communications, instructional design, adult learning, and driving user adoption across diverse regions.
•
Experience:
8+ years in OCM/Training for ERP projects, with 5+ years dedicated to Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud. Core Essential Requirement
• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required for all roles, as you will interact with global leadership, technical teams, and business end-users across borders.
