**About the Role**:
- The position is accountable for HR data integrity, provides advise on organizational restructures and conducts problem solving and continuous improvement within the Americas region.- Drive performance and quality deliverables from the team.
- Motivate a high performing team with the required capability to achieve business goals.
- Acts as SME on HR data frameworks
- Implements and maintains radical simplification of HR Data Model by incorporating business rules and system configuration for data validation
- Governs HR data integrity activities, executes problem solving and tackles data issues at the root cause.
- Scopes, plans and executes major HR data integrity projects
- Point of contact for Senior and People Leaders who need initiation support for HR transactions regarding organizational structures and cost centre advise
- Validates and initiates bulk restructures requests
- Engages directly with customers or through HRBPs to clarify issues, seek further information and provide status updates about in-flight queries and transactions
- Builds and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Develops a trusted advisor relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provides support to GBS HR Services in handling escalated enquiries or issues on complex HR transactions (from Senior Leaders) that have not been able to be resolved via the standard HR enquiry management process
- Coordinates and assist in working with GBS HR Services to contextualize customer enquiries and escalations in order to provide a quick path to resolution
**About You**:
- To be a top performer you´ll need:
- Relevant experience in Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence
- Experience in project management and roadmap delivery
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Competent in PowerBi
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience in the use of SAP and Employee Central
- Desirable Portuguese
- BHP Asset or customer exposure / experience preferred (Only for internals)
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems (Only for internals)
