Specifics Knowledge: - English fluent (mandatory). - Expertise in supporting or leading continuous improvement activities in a operational environment is required, either like internal resource or as external consultant (mandatory). - Strong data analysis skills, advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory). - Experience supporting "Operational Excellence" transformations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
