***Department Overview**:The Motorola Solutions Worldwide Education (WE) team along with their Global and Regional business partners identify, create, deliver, and assess Education programs and tools for Customers, Channel Partners, and Employees. The programs and tools build skills, knowledge, and behaviors that enable our audiences to drive optimal business performance.
***Job Description**:This role collaborates with the Global and Regional work partners to understand technology strategies and customer end-user needs and priorities in order to build user-based role, workflow, technology, or readiness competency pathways. Key activities can include documenting customer roles or user-specific competency requirements; best practice research; assemblage of relevant material from internal and external sources; negotiation with third-parties on content consumption/reuse; multimedia delivery options; and development of competency packages within branding requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following : Adult Education, Curriculum Design, Curriculum Development, Technology, Marketing
- Working Knowledge of Motorola Solutions Technology Portfolio and Services
- Strong team player, able to work in a faced and rapidly changing environment
