Veritas Customer Success is responsible for ensuring that Veritas’ customers are successfully exceeding the value of their investment in Veritas solutions and coordinating the company focus on the end-to-end customer relationship. Customer Success includes customer support and care, professional and business critical services, and renewal sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define System requirements within all the technologies used by the Customer Support and Technology Solutions (CSTS) team, including (but not limited to) SABA Cloud (Learning Management System), SharePoint, Questionmark, Allego and other tools/platforms as they come into use.
- Research and resolve SABA Cloud functionality issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of how the various Veritas teams use SABA Cloud and the requirements they relate to.
- Oversee the activities of the Education Training Administrators and support their efforts within the SABA Cloud environment.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions where Saba Cloud is the key to resolution.
- Be a Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for the internal I.T team on the requirements, usage, and enhancements of SABA Cloud.
- Communicate with various internal customers as needed, in order to define requirements for a variety of training and usage dashboards/reports.
- Review all training material deployed through SABA Cloud on a regular basis to ensure retention of relevant content in the LMS and removal of outdated content.
- Document repeatable processes related to the management of SABA Cloud.
- Prepare, deliver and manage reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and future issues related to LMS data.
- Maintain and administer TSE skill assessments, compiles results and uploads to skill matrix.
- Develop and deliver educational programs to decentralize reporting knowledge to training administrators and other users with documented needs for reporting.

**Qualifications**
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience learning management systems and other technologies with demonstrated ability to align goals and priorities to improve performance, and report results accordingly
- 3+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence/Analytics/Reporting
- Microsoft Power BI experience desired.
- Working knowledge of Questionmark
- Previous experience of using the Allego platform and how that integrates within Saba Cloud
- Very Strong Excel Skills are required (e.g vLookup, Pivot tables, Macros, Data Simulations)
- Project management experience and troubleshooting skills are preferred, not required
- Desired capabilities: detail-oriented, organizational and planning skills, results-oriented, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, conflict management/problem-solving skills, superior verbal and written skills, effectively manage responsibility with mínimal supervision
- Experience working with globally dispersed teams/cultures preferred
