**Trailhead Academy Content Manager for Administrators**
Salesforce’s Trailhead Academy Content Team is seeking a multi-cloud admin learning experience designer to join us on our mission of empowering everyone to learn.
**What we’re looking for**:Trailhead Academy is looking for an accomplished Multi-Cloud Salesforce Admin Content Manager. We are looking for someone who has experience working in multiple Salesforce products as an administrator as well as the skill and enthusiasm for organization, project completion, process documentation and attention to detail. You have the ability and drive to develop engaging and effective solutions for instructor led and digital experiences across all portfolio offerings. You thrive on learning technical products and technologies with mínimal direction, and have an interest in translating that knowledge into innovative learning for the Salesforce Admin persona. You have proven expertise across the Salesforce platform that can translate to driving, designing and producing amazing content that enables users to master complex tasks, with a professional portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide certified, expert knowledge as a **multi-cloud Salesforce Administrator **and across **4+ Salesforce products;**
- Research, support, and collaborate on learning content development based on common use cases and scenarios for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at a minimum; in addition to use cases for multi-cloud administration
- Manage content development from start to finish for projects of high complexity, from the initial outline to the finished product, through rounds of edits and revisions;
- Produce innovative instructor-led content including but not limited to: presentation slides, instructor guides, job aids, lab instructions, assessment and credential questions;
- Develop on existing and create future admin persona content to utilize across all portfolio offerings including instructor led courses, events and Trailhead Academy Subscriptions (THAS);
- Iterate on existing THAS admin offering to create and design new 1-3 month guided learning journeys for admins across Sales, Service, Analytics and assist with Marketing Cloud;
- Produce THAS learning journey content including but not limited to: content storyboards for video-based content, instructor workshops, job aids, lab instructions, and assessment questions.
- Work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple production projects simultaneously and delivering on-time;
- Share your work with the team to develop rapport and receive constructive feedback;
- Establish, follow, and meet deadlines in a high-paced, agile environment;
- Communicate clearly.
**Qualifications**:
- Continuing drive for learning other Salesforce products
- Experience making challenging, complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable and appealing to a variety of audiences and skill set
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Knows how to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast
- Tolerance for ambiguity, creativity in strategy and execution tactics, and always improving on the status quo
- Passionate about learning and the providing experiences for scaled growth within the Salesforce Ecosystem
**Requirements**:
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certified
- Additional certifications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- 3+ years experience as a multi-could Salesforce admin role for a company or working directly with customers
**Bonus**:
- Familiarity with Trailhead, Ranger status is nice to have
- Salesforce Trailblazer Community engagement is also a nice to have
**Role will be remote anywhere in the US**:
