**Position Details & Responsibilities**:
Our client is a full-service dealership representing a well-established line of brands - they are seeking a **Sales Specialist** who will be responsible for the sale of equipment in **Central and South Florida**.
The Sales Specialist will foster partnerships with existing and potential clients to enhance market share in this territory. Responsibilities include executing the sales plan, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring a professional and productive experience while delivering products. Over 50% travel within the territory is anticipated.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell the product line in the assigned territory.
- Cultivate customer relationships to boost market share and loyalty.
- Utilize prospecting and cold calling to expand the customer base.
- Quote prices, negotiate credit terms, prepare contracts, and close orders.
- Provide on-site expertise for demonstrations, inspections, and technical support.
- Maintain a contact management database and call log for the designated territory.
- Manage market awareness and generate reports on lost sales.
- Present status reports to the sales manager regarding goal achievement.
- Exceed company targets for units, dollars, and gross profit.
- Attend training and sales meetings to stay updated on new equipment and promotions.
- Demonstrate leadership in the Sales Department and the organization.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding current and future customer expectations in collaboration with the sales team.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience
- Previous sales experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication skills
- Ok with travel 50% of the time
