Eys Assistant Teacher

We are looking to hire for the position of** EYS Assistant Teacher (Flex Cap)**for the second semester 2026-2027 school year (February - June), according to the following skills and qualifications.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- University degree in Early Years Education
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with advanced writing and communication skills
- Experience in a multicultural school environment
- Collaborative team member
- Competent computer skills

- Ability to connect with young children, communicating clearly and kindly with them
- Excellent human relations skills in order to communicate effectively

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform other related duties as requested by the School, if temporary and/or extraordinary circumstances require them or the needs of the School require them
- Assume the role of a substitute Teacher in any EYS classroom/specials if needed
- Lead student transitions throughout campus and supervise students in breaks, lunches, etc.
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe classroom/school environment
- Work collaboratively with the other class Assistant Teacher
- Under direction of lead teacher, assist with instruction of individuals, small groups, or whole group management
- Assist teacher with administrative records and preparation of required reports and general record-keeping
- Under guidance of lead teacher and grade level team, prepare materials and conduct other clerical tasks.
