We are looking to hire for the position of EYS Assistant Teacher (Flex Cap) for the second semester 2026–2027 school year (February - June), according to the following skills and qualifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Early Years Education
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with advanced writing and communication skills
• Experience in a multicultural school environment
• Collaborative team member
• Competent computer skills

• Ability to connect with young children, communicating clearly and kindly with them
• Excellent human relations skills in order to communicate effectively

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as requested by the School, if temporary and/or extraordinary circumstances require them or the needs of the School require them
• Assume the role of a substitute Teacher in any EYS classroom/specials if needed
• Lead student transitions throughout campus and supervise students in breaks, lunches, etc.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe classroom/school environment
• Work collaboratively with the other class Assistant Teacher
• Under direction of lead teacher, assist with instruction of individuals, small groups, or whole group management
• Assist teacher with administrative records and preparation of required reports and general record-keeping
• Under guidance of lead teacher and grade level team, prepare materials and conduct other clerical tasks.
