As an Invoicing Analyst, you will play a crucial role within our Order to Invoice Chile division, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and supporting our financial operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and verify invoicing procedure ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient invoicing procedures.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to invoicing and financial operations.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an **Invoicing Analyst **or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, financial systems, and reporting.
- Experience in SAP - or similar system
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Intermediate in English Fluent Spanish
