Their main functions are aimed at validating and entering the accounting documentation of the company's suppliers, in order to contribute to the timely payment of supplies and services, in accordance with the internal procedures and requirements of the operation.
Qualifications:
- Accountant, Public Accountant or Auditor Accountant, graduated from a Professional Institute or University, with studies between 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in accounting and finance areas
- Knowledge of ERP accounting systems. Knowledge of Softland (suppliers, accounting, billing, and treasury) must be a condition for this position since it will be verified.
- Tax knowledge in VAT law (treatment) and electronic invoicing.
- Management of accounting balance accounts.
- Excel medium level (Pivot Tables, seekv(), etc.)
- Management of local accounting standards.
- Teamwork, good treatment and experience in dealing with suppliers, internal and external customers.
- Problem solving, which includes identifying contingencies, presenting alternative solutions (or preparing an action plan) and ending the process with the solution of the problem.
Technical Background
The position must have verifiable experience in the following tasks:
1) Registration, control and payment of national and foreign suppliers
2) Registration, control and payment of expense reports, national and foreign
3) Attention to suppliers and customers
4) Recovery and control of electronic invoices in the SII repository
5) Control Book of Purchases and Sales and purchase orders
6) Preparation of Cash Income and Expenditures, accounting transfers and bank reconciliations in CLP and foreign currency
7) Provisions and expense control versus budget
8) Account Analysis
9) Preparation of internal management reports
10) Preparation of information for calculation of taxes by the general accountant
11) Support to finance and administration in other minor tasks
