Everest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for their headquarters in Chile.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- In charge of the preparation of coinsurance payables accounts and coordinate with treasury the payments.
- In charge of coinsurance account receivable, prepare the accounts, send invoices and to carry out collection procedures.
- In charge of the preparation of the intermediate commission accounts, give instructions to intermediates of invoicing and process the payments with treasury.
- In charge of gestion of account payables for miscellaneous items.
- Responsible for the control of the corporate credit cards of Everest Chile.
- Give support to the business in the requirements of the bank guarantee needed for bids.
- Back up for Reinsurances process; registrations, accounts preparation and payments.
- Provides reliable, accurate financial information to senior manager in a timely manner.
- Ensures compliance with accounting principles.
- Complies with regulatory requirements (CMF) assigned in a timely manner.
- Participate in corporate projects related to finance.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Experience in creating Power BI tools (strongly preferred)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.
