**About the role**:
This role sits within the Minerals Americas Regional Planning & Technical (P&T) function reporting to the Manger Business Planning and supports the wider Planning & Technical leadership team. The role will be pivotal in supporting and ensuring effectiveness of the leadership team routines, timely delivery of reporting requirements and supporting overall business objectives.

In this role, you will:

- Support the Regional Planning and Technical leadership team with routine activities, with the mindset to continuously improve team effectiveness.
- Support development of P&T reporting requirements.
- Facilitate the planning and delivery of the Minerals Americas Corporate Alignment Planning (CAP) process, working with Assets to ensure alignment of deliverables.
- Lead the Planning and Technical CAP processes.
- Implement effective project management routines to enable effective delivery of CAP process by key contributors.
- Support development and monitoring of annual scorecard and performance metrics.
- Support the culture of continuous improvement through identification of opportunities, development of process, and adopting best practice.
- Maintain key connections and regular routines with stakeholders to support business outcomes.
- Maintain regular routines across stakeholders to ensure they receive sufficient lead-time to achieve tasks, monitor delivery, and escalate deviations.
- Engage the capabilities of the entire organisation.
- Strive to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
- Know our customer and is motivated with meeting their needs.

**About you**:

- Technical or business related tertiary qualification.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Medium to long term planning experience preferred.
