**About the Role**

The S&P Grocery & Retail team in Chile strives to provide mentorship, ensure robust planning processes, and control over business performance metrics. Collaborates closely with different areas to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational activities.

Working in a strategy, planning and control role you'll be able to contribute to informed decisions the business takes through analyses, deep dives, building tools, providing data driven insights and documentation related to different areas of the Grocery & Retail line of business.

**What you'll do**
- Business controlling : financial and operational control providing insight to the Chilean G&R team and raising flags when needed. Play a crucial role in optimizing business performance and encouraging balanced growth through different analyses. Ensure alignment across different areas about goals and objectives.
- Data driven analyses : assists areas and leadership team providing insights, recommendations and tools, conducting cost-benefit analyses, support decision-making processes and identify areas of growth.
- Lead team meetings : be responsible for the team meetings where the team review results and align priorities.

**What you'll need**
- Strong analytical skills are key
- Business and financial foresight
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- English proficiency
- Excel / GSheet proficiency
- We are problem solvers, we need you to have problem solving approach.
- We would love if you become comfortable with SQL
- We would also be very happy if you have project management experience.
