The Principal Finance Planning & Reporting role drives performance against benchmarks through robust budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while fostering collaboration across functions and optimizing processes to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities Lead financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring accurate 2-Year Budget, quarterly forecasts, and timely delivery of financial reports. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions. Drive performance against benchmarks by partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to optimize planning and forecasting. Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls, leading initiatives for efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement. Manage and deliver ad-hoc projects that generate value, while coaching and developing team members to uplift capability. Ensure compliance with corporate standards and safety commitments, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication. About You To be a top performer you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred. Advanced English Proficiency. At least 5 years experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis roles, with a focus on strategic decision support. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to diverse audiences. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reportingli> Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards. Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills in complex, dynamic environment with extensive experience in stakeholder management. Demonstrated understanding and application of financial and commercial management concepts. Relevant industry experience.
