Wealth Performance & Analytics Leader

The Wealth Performance & Analytics Leader job is responsible for preparing the analytics for sales, investment performance, and products across the Wealth and Distribution areas. This job manages the development, implementation, and support of business analytics initiatives and projects that extract key insights from relevant data sets to provide market insights and recommendations to management. As a team manager, this job sets goals and objectives for team members and ensures policies and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervises the creation and distribution of analytical reports based on findings through analysis and modeling efforts.
- Manages the development of new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.
- Oversees the analysis external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
- Uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
- Develops actionable insights and recommendations for management through understanding of the business model and information available from research.
- Identifies, sizes and prioritizes business opportunities for improvement through analytics.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation and development of team.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $175,800/yr. - $200,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
