**About the Role**

Uber Direct is rapidly changing the way delivery is done around the world by allowing brands to leverage Uber's technology to connect with its delivery partners to offer last-mile delivery to their customers through their existing websites or apps.

The Earner Operations team is responsible for guaranteeing we provide our delivery partners with the best-in-class experience when it comes to accepting and fulfilling an Uber Direct trip regardless of whether it's for a restaurant, a grocer, or a retailer; ensuring it remains an attractive alternative for them to generate additional income.

**What You'll Do**
- Be the connecting POC between the needs of the commercial and marketplace team. Look for teamwork to come up with innovative solutions to problems and issues of the operation
- Drive our executional excellence framework to ensure we deliver on the Earner strategic projects that will have a significant impact on the growth of the business; including growing our available supply types and launching first-of-a-kind pilots. Strive to give our earners the best operation resulting in the enablement for commercial success.
- Challenge the status quo to drive innovation needed to offer Earners and Merchants a flawless experience
- Do your best by analyzing and taking actions towards the operation to ensure every trip has outstanding performance; whether it's for groceries, restaurants or retailers and across all types of available supply
- Look at the big picture to understand our long-term vision for Direct in LatAm and understand the small, short-term actions that will have a big impact on getting us there

**What You'll Need**
- 3+ years of professional work experience in a related field (start-up, operations, strategy, analytics, tech
- Be passionate about being constantly challenged and going above and beyond.
- Experience working closely and presenting effectively with a diverse set of team members in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines

- Dedicated and motivated to build/drive new initiatives proactively.
- SQL proficiency
- Written and verbal communication proficiency in English

**Bonus Points**
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Python proficiency
- Knowledge of project management tools like Asana
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customer support teams
