Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Availability Management aims to track, measure, and improve all aspects of the product supply chain to support the On-Time fulfilment of our Customer's demand. Serve as the liaison between local and regional functions to align Order Fulfilment's requirement to meet country stakeholders' needs. It is the primary link with Central Purchasing to guarantee a country End-To-End smooth planning and buying execution. It is accountable for the product supply from Purchase Order (PO) Confirmation until Ex-factory. A key enabler for the achievement of On Time Availability (OTA), Confirm Delivery Date On Time Availability (COTA), and Confirm Delivery Date On Time In Full (COTIF) targets.- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing the most optimal supply Availability perspective to maximize channels' product confirmation process.
- Continuously assessing new opportunities to improve Availability via a faster decision-making process while simplifying the interfaces and operating rhythm with regional teams.
- Responsible for the Purchase Order Management (POM) of Planned Orders (Pre-planned status onwards) until delivery at Distribution Center (DC), leveraged on the strategic influence and collaborative work with Inbound & Customs teams.
- Drive and execute, via factory's tickets, all critical decisions related to POs adjustments, e.g., Early/Hold/Short/Air PP and any ship mode change, based on country's need.
- Manage Air Freight requests, including local approval process, and revert the decision to Central Purchasing for consolidation and final submission to global.
- Owner of the PAF process execution by timely updating, in conjunction with the Inbound Team, of all PO´s Current Delivery Date, especially those without Last Arrivals (LA).
- Provide the POs shipping priority to Inbound Hub according to local business needs.
- Leads the SMAL planning meetings to provide the most accurate Availability in terms of campaigns. Align on action plans to mitigate delays. Confirm local campaigns visibility to Central Purchasing.
- Leads the LAB meetings (after Buy Plan execution) to provide the anticipated supply visibility to channels and suggest the required demand signal adjustment to maximize product availability.
- Provide visibility in conjunction with Central Purchasing about supply delays reasons which are critical to support the OTA/COTA/COTIF's Gap analysis.
- Build on-site support to ensure a smooth country End-To-End seasonal execution leveraged on the validation and implementation of critical process like Retail Intro Dates (RID) setting and Sales Orders Forecast Request Delivery Date guidance.
- Participate in monthly meetings to share Availability projections, monitor of Key Launches, and align on market priorities to provide the SCM team critical info for planning purposes.
- Work cross-functionally across the supply chain organization (including local sourcing) and Back Office functions to achieve on-time and in-full deliveries.
- Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome the delays together with Central Purchasing and the Inbound Hub, thus achieving customer and business expectations.
- Identify improvement initiatives across the region and implement best practices to improve the Availability and order book execution, thus achieving customer and business expectations.
- Provide visibility to the business and fulfillment center of landed volume projection (showing arrivals, goods in transit, what has been purchased, and what is pending to buy in terms of units and Free On Board (FOB) per ex-factory).
- Tracking key purchasing KPIs to establish the proper connection with the regional team to guarantee the highest sales order and forecast coverage.

- Requisite Education and Experience & Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Demand Planning, Operations or similar
- Minimum 1 year informal management experience required
- Excel skills and strong numerical analysis skills to control and manage KPI's
- Knowledge and/or experience with MS Office (Excel; Access; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint) and SAP is needed
- Fluency in Spanish. Ready to work in an English-speaking work environment (intermediate)
