La empresa multinacional de insumos médicos, Arthrex, está buscando consultores de ventas y consultores senior, para su equipo, en La Serena.
Funciones principales:
- Desempeña un papel activo en la gestión y el crecimiento de las ventas directas al cumplir con metas establecidas dentro del territorio asignado.
- Desarrolla un conocimiento profundo de los clientes, fomentando las relaciones y brindando el apoyo necesario para ejecutar los planes de ventas y hacer crecer el negocio.
- Se capacita y se mantiene actualizado sobre los productos y soluciones Arthrex, así como sobre las tendencias del mercado, industria y pacientes, con el objetivo de transferir conocimientos y brindar apoyo en la correcta aplicación de las técnicas del producto.
- Visita de clientes a terreno.
- Llevar a cabo demostraciones y presentaciones de productos a los clientes, utilizando las herramientas y los recursos de ventas y marketing proporcionados por la empresa.
- Participa en congresos y eventos de capacitación para ampliar la red y crear oportunidades comerciales.
- Construye relaciones con el personal de las facultades de medicina y líderes de opinión clave para identificar a los médicos residentes y futuros usuarios de los productos y soluciones de Arthrex.
- Comparte inteligencia de mercado oportuna con la gerencia para detectar tendencias de mercado y/o productos que puedan afectar las ventas.
- Desarrollo de planes de acción para aprovechar oportunidades comerciales.
- Asesora los clientes y realiza evaluaciones periódicas de sus necesidades para recomendar la cartera adecuada.
- Supervisa y garantiza el cumplimiento del servicio dentro del período acordado, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Establece y fomenta relaciones con cirujanos y personal de apoyo (secretarias, técnicos de instrumentos) y actua como embajador de la misión y los valores de Arthrex en el mercado.
Educación y Experiência:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Negocios, Ingeniería Biomédica, kinesiología, veterinario o carreras afines.
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en el campo de ventas de dispositivos médicos, y 5 años de experiência para perfiles senior.
- Experiência en la rama de la ortopedia (deseable)
- Experiência previa manejando cuentas clave y prospectando nuevos clientes.
- Experiência previa en venta consultiva
