Recepción de proveedores.
Logística de cadetería.
Recepción, clasificación y distribución de correspondencia interna.
Preparación de envíos postales nacionales e internacionales (Courier).
Reserva de salas.
Asistencia y seguimiento de procesos administrativos.
Asistencia con la planificación y gestión del espacio de trabajo.
Asistencia con la planificación y gestión de archivo interno y externo (proveedor offsite).
Participación en proyectos de innovación en gestión de instalaciones y estética corporativa.
**Requisitos**:
Secundario completo.
Poseer nível intermedio del idioma Inglés.
Conocimientos intermedios de Paquete office.
Experiência de 1 a 2 años como front desk, administrativo, manejo de proveedor de servicios.
Preferentemente, experiência en el armado de comunicaciones, plataformas gráficas para dar soporte al FM del sitio.
