The role:

- Receipt of reimbursement of expenses;
- Conference of reimbursement reports;
- Sending reports to the accounts payable and deadlines;
- Launch in the NAV and approval in the Concur;
- Updating the protocol worksheet;
- Track all monthly payments mentioned in OPEX;
- Request for payment and down payment;
- Budgets / purchases;
Follow-up of reimbursement policies;
- Assist in the admission of the UBER For Business system;
- Management of internal and external correspondence;
- Assist and demonstrate how to use the system and tips to facilitate use;
- Conduct training at CONCUR.

What we need to see from you:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
