At Uber, we're not just changing the way people eat-we're transforming the way our **retail partners grow**. As an **Account Coordinator**, you'll play a critical role in supporting some of the **largest and most strategic retail merchants** across **groceries, convenience, and alcohol**.
You'll work hand-in-hand with **Account Managers** to help partners **optimize performance, drive growth, and unlock data-driven opportunities**.

**About the Role**
This role is designed for someone who enjoys both the **operational side of account management** and the **analytical mindset required to improve results**. You'll support the full **sales lifecycle**by delivering high-impact insights, managing account documentation, and supporting cross-functional projects.
Your ability to navigate large datasets, spot performance trends, and collaborate across teams will be key to helping merchants grow basket size, improve campaign performance, and drive ROI through scalable strategies.
**What You'll Do**
- Support the **setup, documentation, and administration** of key merchant accounts to streamline operations.
- Act as the **right hand to Account Managers**, providing reporting, insights, and strategic analysis to optimize merchant performance.
- Conduct **business reviews** to evaluate financial and marketing performance, trip metrics, attainment, and customer satisfaction.
- **Analyze performance data using SQL and Excel**, identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth.
- Propose and support the implementation of **data-backed strategies** that drive measurable outcomes.
- Help build strong, lasting relationships with merchants that lead to higher **retention and long-term success**.
**What You'll Need**
- **2+ years** of experience in **commercial, retail, or operational roles**, ideally within a fast-paced or tech environment.
- **Proficiency in SQL and Excel** is required-this is a must-have.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**, including the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working with **multiple tasks and timelines**, balancing priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in the **retail sector** and a desire to help businesses succeed through data, collaboration, and smart execution.
- Understanding of the retail sector and familiarity with commercial excellence principles.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving set objectives and delivering high-quality results.
