**Your Tasks**: **Role Purpose**: The In-Store Excellence Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping the in-store experience for the One Beiersdorf brand. This position is tasked with leading the development of all Point of Sale Material (POSM) campaigns, including their definition, design, and production, ensuring they adhere to international guidelines. The coordinator will also oversee the maintenance of internal measurement and reporting tools, such as TRAX, Win The Shopper, and QlikView, to track and analyze field execution activities. This role also involves communicating, analyzing, reporting, and tracking field execution activities to ensure that initiatives are implemented on time and in alignment with the channel strategy. **Main Accountabilities**: - POSM: Work together S&CM Categories to generate POSM Materials for all categories and retailers. - PICOS: Customize all regional POSM from PICOS for latam / local customers - Field immersion: Do structured trade visits to verify retail context and collect information / insights about execution, trends, and competitors. - Manage and monitor in in-store execution by maintaining KPI tracking tools and developing reports. Reports: include TRAX and MSL (Execution KPIs such as % compliance of second displays, share of shelf, primary exhibition POS materials, and MSL compliance) and valorization of opportunities - Support the development Trade Stories, Best Practices and trainings of In Store Excellence tools to cascade to Latam countries. - Prepare presentations for internal clients (Marketing, S&CM, and Sales). Win the Shopper: Develop quality content for the cluster in WTS content. - Trax: Work with local market to set up KPIs. - Top stores: Work with Top Store program. **Your Profile**: **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to foresee potential challenges before they arise. - Exemplary planning, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills to navigate cross-functional collaborations. - A proven track record of driving results through effective strategies and diligent execution. - A collaborative spirit, "Hands on" style, with an emphasis on teamwork and synergy among diverse groups. - Experience in aligning brand strategies with channel strategies and implementing actionable solutions is essential. - 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales/ Shopper/Trade Marketing /Field Sales, ideally within fast-paced consumer goods environments - Familiarity with Nielsen or similar is highly desirable. - Intermediate proficiency in English, allowing for effective communication within diverse teams and partners.
