Key Responsibilities: Loss Prevention & Coordinator
Continuous improvement (Core Activity)
- Continuous improvement strategy (operational efficiency and effectiveness)
- Design, selection and implementation of operational tools.
- Development of training materials for store operating processes.
- Design of policies and procedures focused on operational efficiency.
- Budget control for tools and operational processes.
POS Operational Capabilities (Core Activity)
- POS optimization and use strategy
- Coordinate the implementation of improvements in the POS system
- Update and control of daily operational needs (number of POS per store)
- Development of training materials. (Manuals and instructions)
- Coordinate system activation, communication and promotions support.
- Definition of the roles and access licenses to the POS system for store personnel.
- Control of supplies and suppliers related to the POS (Total Payment Volume-TPV, TBK, etc.)
Inventory Control (Coordinator)
- Inventory control strategy in stores
- Preparation of the physical inventory calendar (Global)
- Development of training materials. (Procedures, instructions and manuals).
- Design of processes related to inventory control in stores
- Coordination with CCTV, Alarms, Inventories and other providers in LATAM
- Operational guidelines for the regular control of garments (policies and procedures)
Regulations (Coordinate procedures and management of operating permits)
- Compliance with regulatory-legal requirements
- Detection of regulatory obligations for the operation
- Management of legal providers for license renewal
- Control of payments and legal documents of operation
- Management of visits by authorities to stores
- Communication to store staff
Suppliers of inputs and operational tools
- Negotiation strategy, purchase, distribution and control of tools and store supplies.
- Search, selection and negotiation with suppliers
- Restocking of supplies (bag, stationery, thermal rolls, cleaning materials and others)
- Purchase of operational tools (printers, steamers, traffic counters, music, etc.)
- Store maintenance (scheduled visits, urgent visits, regulatory work, etc.)
- Estimation and management of the budget assigned to this concept
Store opening processes
- Store opening strategy
- Creation of scope and opening schedule
- Communication and coordination of the activities and times necessary with the various departments and suppliers
- Administration and updating of the main operational information of each store. (POS, Cameras, Location)
- Estimation and management of the budget assigned to this concept.
**Skills**:
- Fluent English
- Knowledge in SAP (inventory control transactions and Purchase Orders)
- Knowledge of POS systems, promotion engine and inventory management.
- Knowledge of design processes and creation of training materials.
- Knowledge in creating policies and procedures.
- Knowledge in Processes.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel (intermediate-advanced), Power Point, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge (basic - media) in project management
Experience
- Minimum experience of 3 years in areas of loss prevention (inventory control) or in areas such as operations and/or maintenance of stores.
- Minimum knowledge of 1 year in project management (scope, costing, coordination and communication).
- Careers in business administration, auditing (comtrollership), Industrial or commercial Engineering.
