**Job Purpose**:
Unilever is seeking an experienced Packaging Senior Coordinator responsible for the R&D packaging program for Home Care Chile and offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in a fast-moving and dynamic business facing area of R&D, in a newly created organization that you will be able to help shape from the start. In this role, you will coordinate and support the R&D activities to land innovation, business continuity and market activation projects across BGs. You will be working closely with both the BG and BU R&D teams, 1UL Regulatory, Supply Chain and Marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of a dynamic R&D team to deliver innovative projects and exceptional service to Home Care Chile, fostering a collaborative environment that sparks innovation and drives excellence.
- Lead packaging innovation for Home Care Chile: Take the helm of packaging workstreams for local jewel projects, driving the development and recommendation of a diverse range of packaging and formats. This exciting role involves developing new or existing packaging formats and specifications, providing technical guidance to suppliers, marketing all while ensuring packaging complies with Unilever standards and component qualification processes.
- Contribute to the deployment of savings initiatives, sustainability improvements, and regulatory compliance changes with passion and precision.
- Engage in dynamic collaboration: Work closely with regional and global packaging, claims, and processing teams, while being an integral part of a vibrant cross-functional team ensuring delivery to project network timings. Partner with regulatory affairs, supply chain, and procurement to drive innovation and excellence.
- Support the digital transformation of 1UL R&D practices by implementing new Digital and Agile work practices

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in packaging development in consumer goods company in different technologies: flexible, rigids, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or related field.
- Knowledge in packaging project/ risk management
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
