Main Objective. Create sales opportunities by engaging with prospective customers, understanding customer requirements and developing proposals to address customers’ needs. Role and Responsibilities These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Represent the company with prospects and clients to establish relationships of trust. Seek to strengthen relationships with all persons involved in the final decision. Develop a sales plan for each business opportunity and lead the business process from first contact to solution implementation. Contact, visit, filter opportunities, information search, to introduce the company and provide technical and commercial proposals with the assistance of the engineering department. Actively participate together with the engineering team in the development of the solution and proposal. Identify market trends and report to LATAM management. Identify customers with regional operations and share the information/leads with all members of the Latin American sales team Weekly progress report to LATAM Management.
