Berlitz offers trainings in all living languages, intercultural and management skills. Our programs are custom-designed to fit the specific needs of our clients, should they be large or small corporations, individuals, young students or children. **SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Selling to potential customers nationwide (Canada customers) - warm calls & consultations (Virtual phone & Zoom videoconference)
- Site scraping SalesForce website to update status of leads (daily)
- Booking appointments (Calendly, Outlook Calendar, among other platforms used extensively)
- Other Administrative tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**
**- Proficient level of English (MUST)**
**- Located in Latin America (MUST)**
- Proficient level of French (preferred)
- Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Corporate Sales experience (preferred)
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- University bachelor's degree education (ideal minimum)
- laptop/pc, good internet connectivity, appropriate working space for videocalls, professional attire and demeanor

Company shall provide training for product knowledge acquisition and more prior to starting.

**Salary**: Fixed CAD salary per month ($600.00 CAD during probation and $650.00 CAD after probation), plus up to **3.5% UNCAPPED** commissions on all his/her sales (hundreds of potential client inquiries per month to convert to sales; substantial cash collection achievable due to premium product.)

**Working hours**: 40 per week

**Independent contractor** position (healthcare system, vacation time, pension plan, are _SOLE_ responsibility of the contractor.)
