The position reports hierarchically to the CT General Manager of the Customer Center, and functionally to the Division CT Business Controllers. The role will follow the guidelines of the Atlas Copco Latam Holding VP for the tasks concerning the legal entity Chile. The mission is to Lead a Lean administration process, providing actionable financial information, with risk control for a sustainable growth. - Perform the role of the Business Controller according to Atlas Copco's "The Way We Do Things". - Support the General Manager in the development and realization of the strategies of the Customer Center. - Lead, supervise and mentor the local Finance team; support and cooperate with the Atlas Copco Finance Services, Divisions and Group Accounting/Controlling. - Ensure that the Business Key Users roles are maintained and trained in order to support the Customer Center with SAP-ACT Tools and roll-out efficiency plans. - Ensure compliance with fiscal rules and statutory and legal regulations. - Preparation of the Legal entity documentation for the Shareholders meeting and the board of directors meeting. - Lead, internal and external audits (financial and tax) for the legal entity. - Keep financial and control policies and procedures up to date, monitoring their correct use on the organization. - Ensure the support from the strategic stakeholders and consultants (Banks, Lawyers, Tax advisors). - Cooperation with the General Manager and the Sustainability Manager on the implementation of policies for the efficient use of energy and CO2 reduction. - Lead Group's and Business Area financial projects within the Customer Center. - Ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process is carried out correctly and timely. - Support to the Business Line Managers and the General Manager in the Company/Business Review meetings, and in the definition of annual Targets, 3 Years plan and Expectancies of the Business lines. - Analyze proactively and predictively deviations in financial KPIs, in order to guide the management in taking decisions that allow to meet assigned targets and goals. - Participate in company projects that contribute to the business development and/or in other initiatives promoted by the General Manager. **What you can expect from us?** At Atlas Copco Compressor Technique we’re an agile, dynamic and fast-paced division with a lot of opportunities to truly make an impact if you’re up to the challenge and you enjoy having “freedom with accountability”. **What we expect of you?** Education requirements - ** Accounting or finance Bachelor degree required, with CPA or MBA or proven equivalente experiencie.** **Experience requirements** - 15+ years experience in Financial environment. - 05+ years experience as Business Controller. - IFRS. - SAP S4/HANA is a plus. - Expertise in Excel data compilation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, Macros, VBA) - Experience in Finance Team management - Exposition to International business environment & Large company **Skills** - English and Spanish fluent (writting and spoken). - Able to evaluate and challenge the current state of the business - Communicate summarized results at both a strategic and tactical level - Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills with a business driven orientation - Detail oriented, able to drive down to the root cause level to develop an understanding of the business drivers - Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills (linking results to drivers) - Ability to follow laws and our corporate guidelines. **Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice** Bright ideas come from all of us.
