**Responsabilidades Principales**
- **Análisis Financiero**: Elaboración y análisis detallado de reportes financieros, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos KPI, forecasts y presupuestos establecidos en estrecha colaboración con diferentes áreas de la empresa.
- **Optimización de Procesos**: Evaluación y mejora continua de procesos y metodologías financieras para impulsar la eficiencia organizacional en conjunto con el Gerente de Finanzas.
- **Liderazgo**: Dirección y motivación del equipo financiero, fomentando una comunicación efectiva y un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
- **Gestión Estratégica**: Anticipación a tendencias y variaciones del mercado, desarrollo e implementación de planes de acción para minimizar impactos negativos.

**Requisitos**
- Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial o Contador Auditor.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en el área de finanzas.
- Dominio avanzado del inglés (oral y escrito).
- Excel avanzado.- Deseable experiência en Microsoft Dynamics AX, QLIK SENSE, SAP y Power BI
