**Job Description**:
As Loss Prevention Analyst, within the Security Department, you are overseeing and managing a loss prevention management system to prevent and minimize losses. Providing peace of mind, you manage and support your team to ensure the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.

**Your Responsabilities**:

- Analyse POS data using loss prevention system
- Prepare and analyse predefined store audit reports in the loss prevention management system.
- Support store auditors while conducting the store audit
- Investigate and follow up on deviating activities with focus on training needs, routines and
- frauds
- Supporting the security department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews
- Report all cases in the incident management system
- Ensure profitability by reducing the losses caused by shrinkage and other identified theft
- Constant support on the Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage
- Support the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans
- Support the Security Department with administrative tasks

**Besides your personality we see that you have**:

- University degree it's optional
- Fluent English mandatory (written/spoken)
Experience in retail or multinational industry preferred
- Experienced in safety and security routines
- Analytical and numeracy skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Deep knowledge about POS routines and procedures
- Competent with the Office 365 tools
