**What you will be doing**
- Manages supervisors and professional individual contributors. Guides through well defined management precedents.
- Manages teams to work safely, effectively and with high regard to human error avoidance.
- Manages personnel details including salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and development.
- Aids in testing, project management, and resolving incidents.
- Plans, coordinates, reviews budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the datacenters.
- Provides input and guidance towards budget.
- Overall site capacity management.
- Translates functional plans into operational processes and guides execution.
- Oversees contractor work and operations to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards, (KPI's) Key Performance Indicators and (SLA's) Service Level Agreements.
- Ensures correct processes are followed and all documentation is complete
- Takeover of new builds and building infrastructure
- Writes all (MOP) Maintenance Operation Protocol scripts
- Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during an incident
- Assists with root cause analysis and incident resolution

**What you should have**
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced English
