**Job Description**:
The Field Service Supervisor (FSS) will be responsible for supervising installation work and servicing the company's products, including providing service and support for troubleshooting machinery in the field. The supervisor position requires excellent customer service skills and a set of technical and electromechanical skills. This position is to supervise our Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and perform mechanical/electrical services on routine and/or emergency breakdowns. The FSS supervises and supports with the installations of new machines. You must also provide operation and maintenance training to our customers and staff.

Supervisors play a critical role in the business, so strong customer service skills are a must. You are expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in all locations you are in. The ability to perform well under pressure and solve problems will help you succeed in this role.

This function is based in Santiago or Chillan, but will require other travel within Chile during the season for the different fruit categories and a high probability of traveling outside Chile for periods potentially longer than 3 or 4 months. **Requirements**:

- You must have a valid Class B Driver's License
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Have a Technical or Engineering degree that covers areas such as Electricity, Electronics and Software or have demonstrable experience within the fields mentioned above. Mechanical knowledge is desirable.
- Have aptitude for problem solving and customer service.
- Have strong communication and problem solving skills.
- You must have a clean record.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
