**Field Service Engineer**:**

Execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.

**This position reports to**:
Service Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Repairs/Update/Modernization of Low Voltage Frequency Inverters
- Making technical reports, equipment maintenance
- Participation in laboratory meetings, informing the conditions of the services executed and to be executed on the equipment, together with the service planner and the laboratory leader
- Fixed inside the engineering laboratory (workshop), it will not go out to the field
- Review of Drives and modifications requested by the factory. Guarantee attention
- Identify technical problems and analyze the equipment sent to the laboratory (retrofits, upgrades)
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by complementing the work of the Service in accordance with the offer and customer expectations
- Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service

**Your background**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in the area
- Intermediate or higher-level technician in Electronics
- Knowledge of occupational safety in the field (type: HSE)
- Knowledge of ABB frequency inverters (preferred)
- Knowledge of power electronics, software and hardware as well as management of office tools
- Proactive, good interpersonal relationships, work under pressure
- Intermediate English and Advanced Spanish Level
