We are passionate, mission-oriented, and results-driven, and we are now searching for a top-notch, bilingual Client Intake Specialist to join our team

Position Details

This is an overseas independent contractor position. You will be paid in USD. The gross salary range is $1,105 - $1,400/month USD. We take our work and our mission seriously; we believe strongly in the growth of our team members; and we strive to build a strong, connected team through Firm-wide events like book clubs, happy hours, retreats, and all-team training days.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 15-minute case evaluations for potential clients
- Evaluate whether caller or lead qualifies for a consultation
- Explain our immigration services to potential clients
- Process pre-payments for consults
- Schedule paid consultations
- Complete daily follow-ups with potential clients.
- Respond to questions and set correct expectations leading up to consults
- Assist with other tasks/projects as part of Sales and Marketing Team

Position Requirements:

- Love sales Great at listening to people and showing empathy. You genuinely want to help solve the caller’s immigration challenges.
- Have at least 1 year of sales experience (in an immigration law office is a plus)
- Excited about hitting individual and team goals
- Speak, read, and write fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Able to keep confidential information confidential
- Great at following policies and procedures and completing things on time.
- Excel in being a team player even while working remotely.
- Have your own equipment and a private workspace (computer, stable internet connection, noise canceling headphones if possible).
- Have minimum noise or distractions around your work schedule.
