**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather information regarding their immigration needs.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to accurately capture client information and concerns.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and understood throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to facilitate the transition of clients into the firm's services.
- Utilize technology effectively to document client interactions and manage case information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an immigration law firm or a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on closing deals and achieving client satisfaction.

Pay: $865,384 per month
