Su función principal es administrar y resolver los incidentes declarados por clientes internos y externos de la organización, gestionados a través de la plataforma de ticket, asegurando continuidad operativa relacionadas con las Tecnologías de la Información. Gestionar y resolver los tickets de soporte escalados por el equipo ATS Operator. Gestionar con las áreas relacionadas las distintas herramientas o recursos necesarios para resolver los incidentes. Planificar e implementar las actualizaciones de las tecnologías y servicios administradas de los clientes. Gestionar las soluciones de los incidentes en conjunto con el soporte del fabricante. Cumplimiento de SLA (Tiempos de respuesta de incidentes) y KPI establecidos por contratos. Revisar y validar los nuevos procedimientos e instructivos creados por el equipo ATS Operator.

**Requisitos**:
**Educación**:
Estudios Técnicos o Universitarios, graduado de las carreras de Sistemas, informática, telecomunicaciones o carreras a fines

**Experiência**:
Contar con un mínimo de 2 años de experiência en manejo de plataformas de tecnologías de la información

**Conocimientos**:
Microsoft Office - Avanzado

**Idiomas**:
Inglés - Nível Avanzado. (No excluyente)
