**About the role**

About the role:
The Operations and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination and efficient execution of the logistics operations strategy from the import process to the distribution process, responsibly leading complementary processes such as: the inventory management process, reverse logistics, product destruction and distribution claims management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the logistics and supply operation daily in compliance with all local processes and regulations.
- Supervise and optimize logistics processes, from the reception and storage of materials to the distribution of products according to KPIs and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate and guarantee deliveries/shipments, ensuring that quality standards and times agreed with clients are met.
- Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
- Ensure product returns are processed in a timely manner in an efficient and effective manner.
- Lead returned product trend analysis and root cause investigations.
- Ensure returned products are correctly recorded in the inventory system
- Plan, coordinate and execute all activities related to the inventory management of an organization. Its main objective is to ensure precise and efficient control of stock levels, optimizing processes and guaranteeing adequate availability of products to meet business needs.
