We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations, supporting both vehicle distribution and spare parts management. As part of a newly established team, you will play a critical role in setting up efficient supply chain processes to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and optimal cost control. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage logistics operations for vehicles and spare parts, from importation to final delivery. Coordinate with regional and global logistics teams to align lead times, shipping plans, and inventory availability. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and local transportation laws. Manage relationships with logistics providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and transport companies. Optimize inbound and outbound flows to improve service levels and reduce costs. Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor key logistics KPIs and prepare regular reports for HQ and management. Support the development of logistics processes and policies in a start-up environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry . Solid knowledge of vehicle and parts importation, inventory management, and distribution. Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills. Experience working in or with start-up operations is a plus.
