The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for Serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic matter and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner.

**What you'll do**:

- Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information
- Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received
- Must be able to accomplish personal audits
- Must be able to work alone or with mínimal supervision

**Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience**
- Knowledge of reservations and sabre skills
- Average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the Spanish and the English language
