Overview:
To lead risk projects and provide risk analytics that support and drive the local and international business towards achieving their KPIs, whilst maintaining appropriate risk disciplines. Requires close interaction with local and international operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate, monitor and control the liquidity and / or credit risk situation of the Company, throughout the cycle (from origination to recovery).
- Support on the development of credit policies.
- Validation and support for pricing campaigns.
- Support with initiatives on auto decision logic.
- Creation of portfolio monitoring tools and assisting with collections related strategies.
- Support with the development and monitoring of Residual Value models.
- Assist with audit or regulatory requirements.
- Review consumer portfolio trends, transforming data analysis into recommendations to the business senior management in ad-hoc activities.
- Develop and support implementation of Collection and Salvage analytical strategies.
- Support Credit Manager and Risk Manager in ad-hoc activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, System Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.
- Desirable: Master in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, MBA or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, finance or consulting
- Analytical capabilities.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Spanish Proficiency and English Intermediate or Advanced level.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data science and segmentation algorithms.
- Desirable:

- Previous experience on credit analysis, credit strategy development, and portfolio reporting for consumer portfolios.
- Literacy in at least one of the following software: R, Python, SAS or similar.
- Literacy in SQL / Databases.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
