**BAT CHILE IS LOOKING FOR A RISK **& CONTROLS SENIOR ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non - Managerial

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Santiago, Chile

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Finance - Business Controls.

The role is responsible for supporting internal control environment for the DRBU (LATAM South) in order to accelerate the business transformation ensuring the governance level is maintained.

**Reports to**:Risk & Control Manager

**Reporting Level**:Non - Managerial

**Geographic Scope**:Santiago

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support the SOX controls assessment and certification for Chile / Brazil; and ensure that management remediation actions are effective and completed on time.
- Support the annual control navigator assessment for all end markets of the LATAM South.
- Monitor Mitigation Controls that ensure segregation of Duties; and develop evidence of controls as per control definition on a monthly basis.
- Ensure clear communication with areas: Business Controls Teams, External and Internal Audit, Controls Owners / Operator and Leadership Team, highlighting and contributing with important topics of Risk and Control area.
- Mapping, develop and implement new, innovative practices to minimize risks or improve internal controls for Latam South Area.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have experience as a finance analyst or with internal controls and risk management?
- Are you an individual with excellent communication skills, organized and structured?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced English level.
- Intermediate Portuguese level.
- Previous experience with SAP.
- At least 2 years of experience as a finance analyst or with internal controls and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills, an organized and structured individual.
- Desirable SOX knowledge and database management.
