User Experience Researcher II (Contract Talent)

We are looking for a UX Researcher to partner with the User Experience team as they design and deliver engaging products, solutions and outstanding service to our global customers

As UX Researcher you would be responsible for researching new and enhanced functionality for the world’s leading staffing company. The role requires experience and expertise in various research methods including moderated usability tests, remote usability tests, customer surveys and usage data collection across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet and desktop.) It is our job to advocate for the users and create strategies that will drive key product decisions. You and your team would partner regularly with Marketing, Information Technology, Corporate Communications and Business Technology to provide research and analysis that helps ensure the success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop research studies and plans to facilitate the requests of clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other members of UX Team to clarify objectives
- Innovate new and unique ways to approach research.
- Develop and maintain ongoing research strategy and roadmap
- Contribute towards research library for easy reference of past findings
- Communicate strategies to related stakeholders and teams
- Create and execute recruiting programs
- Work with business partners and employees to gather internal test participants
- Author test scripts and surveys to ensure objective data collection
- Conduct research and act as moderator when appropriate
- Execute usability research with users on desktop, web, mobile and tablet
- Synthesize feedback and data to generate insights and provide clear and concise recommendations.
- Share findings to individuals, teams and executives by creating impactful presentations

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ year of experience in User Experience Research
- BA in research field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of a variety of quantitative and qualitative user research methodologies including remote studies, competitive benchmarking, diary studies, heuristic evaluations, survey research, etc.
