We are in search of **a Corporate IT Manager **with **more than 7 years of experience **in similar position of a international organization.

A person with a strong background **in Microsoft cloud technologies & platforms, **with **excellent English spoken and written language skills**. Who can lead cross
- functional & inter-cultural teams based on some of these countries**:Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico or Costa Rica.**

**Responsabilities**
- Leading cross-functional & inter-cultural team that support 14 countries.
- Support & advise our C-level management in questions regarding IT related aspects and decisions.
- Secure and advance GDPR compliance.
- Budget and financial reporting for internal project and our cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
- Responsible for supervision of our global IT security roadmap.
- Coordination & prioritization of internal IT projects.
- Identify, communicate & resolve shortcomings and conflicts between IT related projects and processes.
- Portfolio management & strategic planning.
- Budget and financial reporting.
- Lead technical discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, partners and team members.
- You transfer strategic objectives into operational action-items.
- Improve and expand a continues learning culture across all hierarchies levels.
- Drive the agile transformation of our internal IT division.

**Requirements**:

- ** More than 7 years** of relevant work experience in a similar role. of an international organization.
- ** Strong background in Microsoft cloud technologie**s & platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
- ** English Level**:Advanced/Fluent. Excellent spoken and written language skills.

**Desirable skills/competences**
- Experience with at least one agile framework (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
- Familiar with the OKR Framework and the underlying principles.
