**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement small pre defined communications projects and support other team members in the delivery of larger communications programs, manage budgets and agencies aligned to these projects.
- Develop and manage content for specific channels.
- Coordinate approval of communications materials in line with the Novartis approval process.
- Support Communications and advocacy management with events (program development, execution and logistics) and manage related event budgets.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Graduation (journalism, public relations or related areas will be a plus)
- Advanced English
- Experience in communication processes (internal and external is a plus)
- Knowledge and skill with digital channels
- Ability with social media and campaigns
