JOB REQUISITION

Compensation Analyst

LOCATION

SAN RAMON

Specific Responsibilities:

- Review requests for new or revised job descriptions or CLMs to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
- Utilize survey data to market price the position against the external market and make recommendations for appropriate job grade and corresponding salary range.
- Run monthly job code & employee reports and distribute as appropriate.
- Perform financial modeling for new or revised plans. This includes building models for such things as IZ field bonus plans, Protiviti ICP, salary range changes, etc.
- Provide data for compensation surveys, both US and International.
- Participate in semi-annual increase and bonus processes for both US & IZ. Coordinates system uploads and data audits as directed by the Sr. Compensation Analysts and Manager.
- Provide salary range information to HR Business Partners, Recruiters and Managers. Ensure accuracy of all reports referencing current salary structure.
- May include the following:

- Develop documentation for new or revised bonus plans for the IZ countries. This includes plan documents, calculators, etc.
- Make appropriate system changes for the Protiviti ICP plan, as appropriate. Act as back up for Process Specialist.
- Work with Sr. Analysts and Manager on projects as they come up.
- Prepare monthly bonus accruals and submit to Sr. Analyst or Manager for review and approval.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of related experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office with a strong understanding of Excel, including charts, graphs, pivot tables and other advanced capabilities. PowerPoint a plus. PeopleSoft experience a plus.
- Working towards Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be flexible to work within fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work with highly confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
