**QA Analyst - Manual, Salesforce preferred (Full-time Contract, Remote)**:
Kick off your next career move with Launchpad We're looking for a QA Analyst with strong Salesforce experience (preferred), ready to make an impact in a global and fast-paced digital platform environment. If you’re passionate about ensuring software quality, improving testing processes, and contributing to continuous delivery in Salesforce ecosystems, this might be the opportunity for you.

**Start date**: October/November 2025
**Contract type**: Contractor, 100% Remote
**Work hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm **UK Time** - _At least 6 hours of overlap are expected_

**️ What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Collaborate with Digital scrum teams to plan, estimate, and verify user stories and acceptance criteria, driving high-quality delivery.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or production issues, performing root cause analysis to support rapid resolution.
- Test user interfaces for browser and device compatibility, as well as APIs, ensuring end-to-end functionality and reliability.
- Contribute to QA standards and continuous improvement by researching tools, frameworks, and evolving industry practices.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
**Must-haves**:

- 5+ years of experience in creating and implementing test plans, strategies, and test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of manual QA processes, defect management, and tools such as TestRail, TestNG, HP Quality Center, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Familiarity with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI).
- Solid database querying skills (SQL) and ability to support data-driven testing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Background in a programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript,.Net, C#).
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Angular, React, Power BI, or Power Platform.
- QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent).
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
