**Here’s what we need from you**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate reception/administration environment
- Previous exposure to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions highly desirable
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical & planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong Interpersonal skills and customer orientation is essential
- Knowledge of English will be favourably regarded

**The fine print of this gig**: Your role will report to the Senior Accountant, overseen by the local Operations Manager and be based at our Santiago office in Chile. You will be required to perform all aspects of reception and administration, from answering phone calls, dealing with suppliers and office providers, sorting mails, through to organising and facilitating office events and other ad-hoc administration duties as required. You will also perform the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the America’s region.
