Management Control and Administration Officer

On-site position | Ciudad Empresarial, Huechuraba

6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent

The Management Control and Administration Officer will support the financial, budgetary, and administrative monitoring of the organization. This role combines functions of analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring with key administrative support for internal operations and coordination with our external accounting service providers (BDO).

This position reports directly to the Finance Business Partner based in Mexico, and the ability to communicate professionally in English—both written and spoken—is essential for daily communication and regional reporting.

Main Responsibilities1. Management Control
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
  • Prepare financial and management reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Define, calculate, and monitor KPIs.
  • Analyze budget vs. actual variances and propose improvements.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and senior leadership.
2. Administration
  • Manage administrative and accounting documentation (invoices, contracts, POs).
  • Support accounts payable/receivable processes and supplier payments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, calendars, and external service providers.
  • Keep physical and digital files up to date.
  • Support internal and external audits.
Specific Tasks
  • Consolidate financial data from different departments.
  • Collaborate in monthly accounting closings.
  • Provide clear and timely data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies.
  • Participate in the improvement of processes and management tools.
RequirementsEducation
  • Degree or technical qualification in Accounting, Auditing, or Business Administration.
  • Specialization or coursework in Management Control, Finance, or Accounting is a plus.
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with annual accounts (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Experience with companies such as BDO, Buk, or Talana is a plus.
  • Preferably experienced in international companies with regional reporting.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Softland, etc.).
  • Knowledge of reporting and management tools (Power BI, Monday, etc.).

Conditions
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:30/09:30 and 17:30/18:30.
  • Modality: 100% on-site in Huechuraba (Ciudad Empresarial).
  • Occasional remote work can be discussed.
  • Availability for international travel (5–10% annually – Mexico, Brazil, etc.).
  • Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency.
