**Job Summary**:
To execute the day-to-day payroll and administrative operations of the HR department. This role is responsible for processing staff payments, preparing and updating contracts and annexes, maintaining accurate employee records, managing medical leaves, and ensuring that all hires, terminations, and employment changes are correctly processed across internal systems and external institutions. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and compliance.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Ingeniero Comercial, Civil o Contador Auditor
- Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll analysis and processing, HR administration, and employment documentation.
- Knowledge of Chilean labor law, benefits, and social security systems.
- At least 3 years in Compensation is highly desirable.
- English advancedProficiency in Excel, payroll platforms, and digital record-keeping.- _Titulo profesional: Ingeniero Comercial, Civil o Contador Auditor_
- _Mínimo 7 años de experiência en análisis y procesamiento de remuneraciones, administración de Recursos Humanos y gestión de documentación laboral._
- _Conocimiento de la legislación laboral chilena, beneficios y sistemas de seguridad social._
- _Al menos 3 años de experiência en Compensaciones es altamente deseable_
- _Ingles avanzado_
- _Dominio de Excel, plataformas de remuneraciones y sistemas de gestión documental digital._
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Payroll & Remuneration Processing**
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute pay slips, earnings statements, and tax-related documentation.
- Calculate and issue final payments and severance (finiquitos), ensuring legal compliance.
- Operate the monthly payroll cycle from start to finish, including data entry, validation, and regular coordination with Finance for payment execution.
**Employment Documentation & Legal Compliance**
- Draft and issue employment contracts, annexes, termination letters, and other labor documents.
- Keep staff files complete and up to date (digital and physical), ensuring accessibility and legal compliance.
- Track and update employment status changes, contract renewals, and other employment milestones.
- Manage documentation for medical leaves, including submission to Isapres or Compin.
- Register and deregister employees in AFP, Isapres/Fonasa, AFC, and other legal entities.
- Ensure all documentation required by the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Education, or other regulators is submitted and recorded properly.
- Support internal or external audits by preparing requested documentation and ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
**Administrative Support & Internal Service**
- Respond to staff inquiries related to payments, benefits, contracts, and documentation.
- Maintain updated administrative trackers for payroll, contracts, medical leaves, and renewals.
- Ensure that HR administrative checklists are completed and documented for onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
- Maintain secure and orderly digital archives of payroll and HR documentation in shared HR folders.
- Provide documentation and support for Finance, Legal, and other teams when required.
- Review and validate third-party payment orders related to employment, legal, or payroll services - including legal counsel, insurance policies, and license intermediaries - ensuring consistency with payroll records and internal approvals.
**Other Duties**
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information and institutional records.
