Buscamos una persona que pueda ser parte de esta gran historia, con habilidades y disposición para coordinar equipos comerciales en el mundo de Foodservice y asegurar el crecimiento del canal horeca en Nestlé Professional.

**Un día en la vida de.**
- Liderar el equipo de ventas Food para la RM, impulsando su desarrollo y desempeño.
- Aumentar la cobertura y penetración del portafolio en segmentos clave (QSR, FSR, B&I, TPM).
- Transformar la estrategia comercial en planes de ejecución efectivos en terreno.
- Generar relaciones sólidas con clientes, creando propuestas de valor diferenciales.
- Analizar datos de mercado y desempeño para detectar oportunidades y optimizar la rentabilidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs: volumen, cobertura, NNS y más.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- Formación: Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial o carrera afín.
- +2 años liderando equipos de ventas en canal Horeca (idealmente consumo masivo / foodservice).
- Excelencia en liderazgo, análisis y ejecución.
- Dominio intermedio de Excel, SAP, Power BI, CRM.
- Inglés intermedio.
